PWODs - Penis Workouts Of the Day should in my perspective be part of every penis owners daily routine regardless of age.
The main goal of PWODs is to boost the blood flow/circulation in its manhood. As we all know the main function of the circulatory system and also in its manhood is to provide oxygen, nutrients and hormones to muscles, tissues and organs throughout the body. Grap your penis with your thumb and index finger as an o-sign at its base and squeeze the blood to its head with your middle, ring and pinky finger.
Make reps of 40
Repeat this in 4 sets
Take some rest and repeat again
Make at least 16 sets

PWOD - Swinging
Grap your penis at its base with your index and middle finger. The palm of your hand faces towards your belly.
Make a quick shaking movement with your fingers so your penis will swing from left to right and will be filled with blood while doing so.
Make reps of 50 and repeat this doing a total of 4 sets.
Take some rest and repeat again and make 16 sets at least.
